Booking Tours

It couldn’t be easier for you to make a booking here at Mosaic! You don’t even need to pay the full amount now to book the trip! You just need to pay 35% to confirm the tour; the remaining 65% can be paid upon arrival in Nepal. Details on how to book our tours are below:

 

Step 1: Select a Tour

Ready made tours:: We have more than 60 tours on our website to choose from. Find out at http://www.trekntour.com/Search/index.php or go to http://www.trekntour.com hover mouse over Mosaic Service and select one.

Tailor made tours: If you are not completely satisfied with any of the itineraries outlined on our website and would like to mix and match your own, no problem, just email us at mosaic@mail.com.np with your requirements and ideas and a member of our friendly team will get back to you within 24 hours. Please include as much information as you can that will help our team tailor make you a trip of lifetime.

 

Step 2: Booking

35% deposit payment is required to book any of our tours. Please find payment options as below:

 

Booking a ready made tour from our website

Using a credit card: Go to the tour page that you are interested in, click on the Date/Cost tab. Once you click on that you will find various dates, go to your preferred date and look for the ‘Book Now’ button at the right side. Click on the ‘Book Now’ button, which will redirect you to our secure page. Fill out all the details on the secure page including credit card information. Once you submit your information you will receive an email shortly afterwards as confirmation of receipt of the information supplied. Once your 35% payment is received by credit card, one of our team will get back to you and explain the next step.

Bank Transfer:Send us an email saying you are going to initiate a deposit transfer, please include trip name & departure date. Then use our bank details from http://www.trekntour.com/Company-Info/Payment-details.php to send us 35% deposit. Once we receive the payment, we will let you know what to do next.

 

Tailor Made Tour
Once you finalize your tour with our team, cost, date etc… you will get two options to make the payment.

Using a credit card:You will be provided a secure link page to fill all the details along with instructions. Fill out all the details on the secure page including credit card information. Once you submit your information you will receive an email shortly afterwards as confirmation of receipt of the information supplied. Once your 35% payment is received by credit card, one of our team will be in contact to let you know what to do next.

Bank Transfer:Email the member of our team you have already been in contact with whilst planning your tour, tell them you are going to initiate a deposit transfer. Then use our bank details from http://www.trekntour.com/Company-Info/Payment-details.php to send us 35% deposit. Once we receive the payment, we will let you know what to do next.
